The interest rate is 9.75% p.a., variable, consisting of IRCC 3M + 4.20% the bank’s margin, the financing fee is RON 0, and the monthly servicing charge is RON 40. The monthly instalment is RON 995.59, and the total amount payable is RON 59,866.86.

  • In the case of a variable interest rate loan, there is an interest rate risk. This risk is generated by changes in the reference index that is part of the interest rate, which can increase the interest rate and increase the monthly repayment amount.
